This cabin is 20 steps from the water and has a boat/swim dock (w/power) on a private cove along with a place to park your boat. The cabin is located next to undeveloped property. The ultimate getaway with plenty of board games, satellite TV, stereo w/CD player and a charcoal grill for your steaks. This cabin has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 with 1 queen, 2 singles), a kitchen and one bath. New Queen mattress. Second bedroom doubles as a living room. There are also 2 additional mats that can be put on the floor for sleeping. It is perfect for a romantic getaway, two couples or a family of four. Contact us and come sit on the porch swing. This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. There is an additional $25/night pet fee and $50 additional to the cleaning fee. Direct TV. No WIFI Internet. Full Description: "Paradise Point" is a gorgeous house located on a flat lot in the gated community of Stoney Point. You will love the open floor plan, double decker boat dock, and the flat lot...no steps to the water! This home has two floors with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. (3 BR/ 2.5 BA on the main level and 2 BR/1 BA in the open basement.) The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and eat at bar, and awesome views out of the large windows. The kitchen is open to the great room with a large flat screen TV and large windows looking out to the lake. There is a separate dining room with a table which seats 8. The downstairs has another kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, and two burner stove top. Also downstairs is a den with large screen TV, couches, and ping-pong table. The basement also looks out onto the lake and the covered sitting area outside. Satellite WIFI and television are included. Cell Service: ATT and T-Mobile are good; Verizon is limited. The double decker dock has an available slip, Power on the dock, and the house has plenty of parking for your trailer. There is also a swim dock and a sandy beach area for kids to play. Yearround water. There is plenty of room to park your boat trailer at the house. The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You can put your boat in and get back to the house (by car and boat) in 15 minutes. There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavillion located at the community boat ramp.
